Hey Wally! Do you think the White House might notice New Orleans if they ask for international aid?
Meanwhile, New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin says he's thinking about looking outside the country to get the money it will take to rebuild the city. Nagin says he's considering getting international financial assistance because the US has not done enough to get the city back on its feet. Dignitaries from several different countries have met with Nagin since the disaster.

Finally Nagin is thinking of solutions to our problems! The US is always sending aid to other countries. Why should we be above receiving it since Bush wants to increase defense spending by 50% and decrease education spending by 28%. Question? Is Bush creating an army of stupid soldiers? Very scary it reminds me of the Jihad movement but coming from the west.
